6. Make sure that your subjects bar reads as follows: "Request for CAC system access".
7. Add the SAAR-N document as an attachment to the email.
8. In the body of the email, mention again your name as well as that you need to gain access to the software.
9. Ensure that the document is properly attached to the email.
